She is survived by: her husband Keith Moffett of Adamsville, TN; her daughters, Lisa Bruce of Adamsville, TN, Teresa Creasy of Adamsville, TN and Stephanie Tocco of Adamsville, TN; her grandchildren, Todd Pyron of Panama City, FL, Lauren Forsythe (Corey) of Savannah, TN, Madalyn Blakney (Dustin) of Hampton, VA, Brooke Harbin (Jaylon) of Stantonville, TN, Tyler Henry (Emily) of Kimball, MI and Taylor Henry (Kate) of Richmond, MI; her great grandchildren, Cruz Harbin, Janson Forsythe, Cash Harbin, Harper and Cora Blakney; her siblings, Joann Reynolds of Bethel Springs, TN, Cathy Gage of Red Rock, TX, Jackie Matlock (J. D.) of Selmer, TN and John Ross Gage (Evelyn) of Bethel Springs, TN; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Moore of Selmer, TN. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
