It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mae Hester of Adamsville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Webster and Tiny Augusta McCormick Flatt; her husband Donald Hester; her stepson Joe Hester; and her siblings, J. P. Flatt, James Flatt, Gay Sparks and Jean Addleman.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Powell Haimes of Bradenton, Florida; her stepsons, John Hester of Memphis, Tennessee, Jeff Hester of Memphis, Tennessee and Andrew Hester of Memphis, Tennessee; her grandchild T. C. Haimes; her siblings, Louise Bryant of Savannah, Tennessee and Don O'Neal Flatt (Faye) of Savannah, Tennessee; and her nieces and nephews, Judy Flatt, Melinda Hoseney, Barbara Crawford, Kay Swift, Diana, Ronnie Bryant, Aaron Flatt, Trent Flatt, Joe Swift and Allen Addleman.
