She was predeceased by: her parents, Gibb Sweat and Alfa Mae Younger Sweat; her stepmother Helen Sweat; her former husband Jim Henry Gray; her husband T. W. Burks; her son Jimmy Dan Gray; her brothers, Junior Ray, Jerry, Jerome, Robert Larry and Terry Sweat; and her stepsons, Travis and Chris Burks.
She is survived by: her siblings, Faye Jaggars (Larry), Judy Mitchell (Larry), Brenda Tucker, Lucky Sweat (Glenda) and Steve Sweat (Sherry); and her stepdaughter Brenda Teasdale of Michie, TN. She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren; 12 step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
