He is survived by: his wife Janine Anne Kosinski Merryman; his children, BillyJack Vernon Merryman (Vanessa) and Jennifer Crystal Merryman Childers (Charlie); his brothers, Michael Lee Merryman (Bonnie) and Ray Edwin Merryman (Beth); and his grandchildren, Alex, Jaden, Alizaya, Brooks, Kiley and Andie Kate. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
