She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Kennedy and Clyde Pickens Kennedy; her husband Elmer Dee Seaton; her sisters, Janet Littlefield and Geraldine Atkinson; her stepfather Edward Traylor; and her stepbrother Ed Traylor.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Seaton (John Berger) of Washington, D. C., Ken Seaton (Amy) of Adamsville and Jennifer Cook (Michael) of Memphis, TN.; her grandchildren, Andrew Seaton (Ruth) of The Netherlands, Amelia Seaton of Memphis, Alex Seaton (Jess) of Memphis and Whit Cook of Scotland; her great grandchild William Seaton; her stepgrandchildren, Philip Cook (Renee), Josh Cook (Nalee) and Minor Cook; and her siblings, Janell Qualls, Genevieve Smith and Billy Joe Kennedy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
