He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Garner and Vonnie Talbott Garner; his wife Wanda Kay Elliott; his brothers, Terry and Barry Garner; his father-in-law George Elliott; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie, Greg Elliott and Martha Cunningham (Jim).
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Maness (Mike) of Selmer, TN; his grandchildren, Caley Burks (Brian) of Adamsville, TN and Cole Maness of Denver, CO; his great grandchildren, Mia Burks of Adamsville, TN and Brayden Burks of Adamsville, TN; his brother Larry Garner (Shannon) of Finger, TN; his mother-in-law Juanita Elliott of Adamsville, TN; and his sister-in-law Molly McDaniel (Eldon) of Adamsville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
