He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Winters; his parents, Bill Winters and Lucille Willis Winters; and his brother William Earl Winters. He is survived by: his children, Katreina Winters of Adamsville, TN, Kem Winters (Lee) of Adamsville, TN, Konda Winters (Dennis Kelly) of Scotts Hill, TN and Kevin Winters (Shantay) of Savannah, TN; his grandchildren, Brandy Tuberville, Jenifer Emerson (Justin), Courtney Ramizer (Carlos), Mark Brown, Hawke Winters and Sephia Winters; his stepgrandchild Kyle Kelly; and his brother Willis Winters (Jeanette) of Counce, TN. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
