She is survived by: her husband Dale Smith of Adamsville, TN; her daughter Shelia Harris (Chris) of Columbia, TN; her daughter-in-law Delores Smith of Bethel Springs, TN; her grandchildren, Korey Harris of Spring Hill, TN, Deanna Littlejohn (Jacob) of Millington, TN, Allissa Cook (Trey) of Jackson, TN and Jared Smith of Adamsville, TN; her great grandchild Oliver Cook of Jackson, TN; her siblings, Donald Surratt of Stantonville, TN, Billy Surratt (Joyce) of Stantonville, TN and Betty Smith (Danny) of Adamsville, TN; and her sister-in-law Linda Wilkerson of Adamsville, TN. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
