He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lester and Ivene Tenry Bishop; and his children-in-law, Allen Dutton, John Harrell and Shannon Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Decker Bishop of Knoxville, TN; his children, Beth Dutton of Collierville, TN, Sherrye Harrell of Morton, MS, Vickie Boyd (Mike) of Munford, TN, Michael Bishop of Olive Branch, MS, Kim Wheeler (Wes) of McMinnville, TN, Ken Kirby of Middleton, Katie Stone (Josh) of Knoxville, TN and Kristy Sheppard of Knoxville, TN.; and his sisters, Joyce Somers (Charlie) of West Lafayette, IN and Janice Bishop (Roger Hutchins) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
