She is survived by: her mother Shirley Anne Slate Moore of Crump, Tennessee.; her children, Codey Anglin of Adamsville, Tennessee, Corey Anglin of Adamsville, Tennessee, Colton Anglin of Adamsville, Tennessee and Caleb Anglin of Adamsville, Tennessee; and her brother Richard Anglin of Adamsville, Tennessee. She is also survived by her 4 nephews.
