He is survived by: his wife Sherri Qualls of Counce, Tennessee; his sons, Timmy Qualls of Corinth, Tyler Qualls of Corinth, Lee Grammer of Corinth and Ryan Grammer of Counce, Tennessee; his siblings, Joe Qualls (Sherry) of Savannah, Dennis Warren (Susan) of Savannah, Steve Warren (Debbie) of Savannah, Randell Warren (Debbie) of Crump, Tennessee, Erma Duren (Jerry) of Waynesboro, Brenda Harville (Mike) of Savannah and Connie Deshazier of Savannah, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Mary Qualls.
