She is survived by: her parent Sara Artie Flatt Cotner; her children, Allen Lee Smith of Adamsville, TN, Ruby Jewel Lynn of Selmer, TN and Delois Ann Evans of Crump, TN; her siblings, Johnny Cotner (Rose) of Adamsville, TN, James Cotner (Betty) of Bethel Springs, TN and Ruby Cotner of Adamsville, TN; her grandchildren, Teresa Jane, Rebecca, Gregory, Jimmy Wayne and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Iris and Isabella. She is also survived by four nephews and two nieces; and a host of extended family and friends.
