She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bagwell and Viola Graham Bagwell; and her husband Ray Patterson. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Patterson (Donna) and Michael Patterson (Frankie); and her brother Gordon Bagwell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
