With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Howser Darnell of Adams, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas and Georgia Belle Howser (Gorman) of Clarksville. She is survived by: her children, Stanley D. Darnell, Georjan Darnell Overman (Graham Overman) and Thomas W. Darnell (Elizabeth Winkopp); her grandchildren, Alex Overman (Beth Babcock), Morgan Overman, Jack Thomas Darnell and Sarah-Catherine Darnell; and her great grandchild William Orion Overman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in memory of Sarah to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
