He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Turner and Ruth Turner; and his siblings, Ronald Turner and Joann Waid. He is survived by: his wife Velinda Gail Turner; his daughters, Jennifer Bullington (Tim) and Taylor Reynolds (Matt); his grandchildren, Turner Burchett, Grace Burchett, Eli Reynolds and Addison Reynolds; his niece Connie Holley (Bill); his nephew Brian Waid (Stephanie); his great-nephews, Chris Droge and Jacob Waid; and also, Isaac and James Droge.
