She was predeceased by: her husband William "Red" Webb; her brothers, Harlen Sugg, Willard Sugg, Gordon Sugg and Gerald Sugg; and her sons, Carl Houston, Larry Houston and Billy Houston Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Houston (Sissy) of Adams, Diane Ashberry (Mark) and Carolyn Schmid; and her siblings, Jasper Sugg, Dorothy Stenson and Lavergne Betty. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
