It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Datha Carter (Adams, Tennessee), born in Mounds, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Clayton and Bertha Lee Sheridan Triplett; her husband Julian Carter; and her siblings, James Triplett, John Triplett and Betty Sue Triplett Malray.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Burkes (Floyd), Julia Nottingham (Aubrey) and Robert Carter of Cullman; and her siblings, Billy Dale Triplett of Paducah, Mildred Triplett Barnett of Mayfield, Shirley Triplett Rowton and Cynthia Triplett Colson. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
