She was predeceased by: her husbands, Wesley Sample and Ray Thornton; and her close friend Stefan Lach. She is survived by: her brother Tyler; her children, Ronnie Sample (Nancy) and Gail Turner (Butch); her stepdaughters, Kelli Snider (Mike), Cindy Sherman (Tom) and Markie Love (Larry); her grandchildren, Taylor Ann Reynolds (Matt), Joey Morrell (Perri) and Jennifer Bullington; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Eli, Grace, Noah and Jacob. She is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; and 15 step great-grandchildren.
