She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Courtney and Janet Courtney (Freidel). She is survived by: her brother Tom Courtney of Yankton; her uncle Arnold Freidel (Beth) of Savannah, Missouri; her sister Kathleen Courtney of Yankton; and her godmother Marge Lubbers of Missoula.
