He is survived by: his wife Norma Ann List; his children, Linda Cap of Tabor, Mary Cap of Hobbs, NM, Bob Cap (Deb) of Yankton and Dona Buyert (Jan) of Sheridan, WY; his grandchildren, JJ Alley, Dillon Creager, Jeremy Cap (Taylor), Bryton Buyert, Michelle Alley, Katie Rutherford (Chad), Kim Cap (Ron Wells) and Cheyenne Brown (Titus); his great grandchildren, James Rutherford, Ty Rutherford and Tenslee Brown; his brother David Cap (Ione) of Yankton; and his pet Ike. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
