She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Boom and Dorothy Boom (Whatling); her daughter Kim Smith; her siblings, Jerry Huntley and Carol Boom; her nephew Kelly Huntley; and her close friend John Thorton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Haberman (Keith) of Fordyce, NE, Jacki Tramp (Keith) of Yankton and Traci Wurtz (Gary) of Yankton; her grandchildren, Christopher Frick (Sarah), Adam Frick (Kendra), Colton Wurtz (Heather), Riley Haberman (Ally), Jack Tramp (Kenzie), Max Tramp and Erica Wurtz; her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Isis, Sophi, Ayden, Boston, Cooper, Jake, August and Wesley; her brother Gary Boom of Yankton; her nephews, Mike, Jason and Corey Block; her niece Tricia; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by four step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home – Yankton (2901 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
