He was predeceased by: his parents, Verl Noe and Evelyn Noe (Ebmeier); and his parents-in-law, Harriett and Clarence Gukeisen. He is survived by: his wife Molly Noe of Yankton; his children, Hailey and Jacob of Yankton; and his sisters, Doreen Holcomb (Dale) of Volin and LaDonna Sundahl (Russell) of Laurel. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
