He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Born and Myrtle Born (Moreau); his siblings, Carol Melchisedech and John Born; and his nephew Dave Born.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bormann (Weber); his brother Tom Born (Roxanne) of Crystal, MN; his children, Dan Born of Olivet, SD and Mellanie Larson (Jason) of Blanchard, OK; his grandchildren, Tanner Larson of Oklahoma City and Kylie Larson of Brookings, SD; and his pet Marge.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (403 Broadway Ave, Yankton, SD 57078). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
