He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pravecek and Helen Pravecek (Hamberger); his wife Alice Melichar; his son Dennis Pravecek (Malicha); his brothers, Leonard Pravecek and George; his sister-in-law Louise Pravecek; his sister Irene; his brother-in-law Joe Solo; his sister Lorraine; his brother-in-law George Thaler; his sister Margie; his brothers-in-law, Ed Kafka and Anthony Zelenka (Tony); and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Pravecek.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brian Pravecek, Keith Pravecek, Tina Paquette (Greg), Kyle Pravecek (Tracy) and Nikki LaCroix (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Paquette, Isabella Paquette, Marli Pravecek, Crew Pravecek, Max Pravecek and Lana LaCroix; his sons, Carl Pravecek (Cynthia) and Jeff Pravecek (Jolene); his daughter-in-law Malicha Pravecek; and his siblings, Delores Zelenka (Dory) and Larry Pravecek (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
