She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bruce and Mary Lynn Bruce (Moss). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Lea Chute of Yankton, Mike Bruce (Laurie) of Urbandale, IA, Kathy Bruder of Wakonda, SD and Patty Vavra of Yankton; and her nieces and nephews, David Bruce (Amy), Stacey Swenson (Michael McIlroy), Adam Bruce (Julie), Tyler Hoebelheinrich, Ian Bruder, Henry Spotted Wood, Nicholas, Alice, Evelyn and Levon. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home (2901 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home – Yankton (2901 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078).
