She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Goeden and Anna H Goeden (Wubben); her husband Orval Ellis; her siblings, Joe, Ignatius (Laura Mae), Lawrence (Josephine), Mildred Ryan (George) and Delores Novak (Joe); her daughter-in-law Kaye Ellis; her grandson Nick Goeden; and her close friend Herman Goeken.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Lindgren (Gary) of Mason City, IA, Steve Ellis of Tabor, SD, Donna Heintz (Jay) of Surprise, AZ, Tony Ellis (Donna) of Yankton and Marilu Roberts (Terry) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Brian Lindgren (Julie), Julie Wolfe (Sean), Staci Edmonds (Joe), Shawn Ellis (Trisha), Shelly Nelson (Mark), Ken Thomsen, Jacki Olson (Jeremy), Traci Peterson (Adam), Melisa Goeden, Johanna Braesch (Rich) and Casey Goeden; and her sisters-in-law, Ethel Goeden and Alice Ellis. She is also survived by her seventeen great grandchildren.
