In loving memory of Marlene M. Rittel of Yankton, South Dakota, who departed this world on February 15, 2025 at the age of 102. Marlene leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Beuchler and Paulina Beuchler (Heckenlaible); her siblings, Oscar, Hilda, Martha, Virginia, Lenora and William; her husband Orvin; and her daughter Sharon Kay Waldner.
She is survived by: her son Gary Rittel of Yankton; and her grandchildren, Dallas Rittel of Billings, Mont and Christopher Rittel (Amanda) of Gayville. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the United Methodist Church-Highmore (425 Commercial Ave SE, Highmore, SD 57345). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Highmore Cemetery.
