He is survived by: his children, Randy Kozak (Donna) of Yankton, Gary Kozak (Jackie) of Yankton and Sheryl Kozak (Mike) of Tabor, SD; his grandchildren, Amy, Mikey (Randy Jr.), Kristen, Keaton, Kendal, Shane, Ashley and Tyler; his siblings, Elva Meyers of Yankton and Louie Kozak (Bonnie) of Yankton; his daughter-in-law Karen Loecker of Crofton, NE; and his cousin Clara Bambas of Tyndall, SD.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
