It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kolleen Marie Want of Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Scheer and Mary Scheer; her son Landrey Leonard; her mother-in-law Ruth Weber; her sisters, Kathy Iberg and Kelly Campbell; and her brother-in-law Steve Schluns.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Want of Yankton, SD; her children, April Empkey (Rich Spitz) of Yankton, SD, Lindsey Leonard of Sioux Falls, SD and Mindy Want of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jordan, Ashtyn, Averie, Liam and Layton; and her siblings, Kurk Scheer, Krista Schluns and K. C. Scheer.
