He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley Remington and Dorothy Remington (Sickmann); and his siblings, William (Billy Joe), Donald, Dolores Christensen, Dorothy Sylliaasen and Mary Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Lonnie (Simonsen); and his daughter Jan Putnam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
