Joyce Wiebenga Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Wiebenga of Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wright and Frances Wright (Larsen); her husband Bob Wiebenga; her siblings-in-law, Marlene Wiebenga, Mary Wiebenga and Clarence "Clancy" Wiebenga; and her nephew Greg Wiebenga.
She is survived by: her brother Andy Charles Wright of California; her half-sister Carol Joanne Gripp of Texas; and her in-laws, David "Bud", Elaine Wiebenga of Springfield, SD, Julie Wiebenga of Clear Lake, IA and Shirley Wiebenga of Clear Lake. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home – Yankton (2901 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
