He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Guy; and his wife Andrea. He is survived by: his mother Connie Guy (Comstock); his children, Kelly Guy (Jessica), John Guy, Nicole Guy, Sevi Guy, Candi Chang (Sunjo) and Cassie Bianco (Justin); his grandchildren, Enzly, Kaiden, Lincoln, Raegan, McKinley and Brooks; and his siblings, Jamie (Dixie), Jody (Cortney), Deanna (Paul), Bobbi Jo (Casey), JaNean (Al), Patti, Mike (Summer) and Jessica (Jeremy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
