It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ione Balentine of Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on November 11, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Johnson and Ryan; her husband Bob (S. Navy); and her siblings, Mona and Verne.

She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Chad Sedlacek, Brian Sedlacek, Randy Sedlacek, Angela Bitzer, Eric Sedlacek and Mason Sedlacek; and her children, Jim, Colleen Sedlacek (Ken) and Mike (Pam). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
