He is survived by: his child Hughie Luark; his wife Phyllis Blake (Dolly); his siblings, Patricia Luark, Mary Ann Royce, Jeannie Johnson (Mike), James Luark, Alice Luark and Andy Luark (Cynthia); his child Billie Jo Luark; his stepsons, David Blake (Kate Doering) and Jason Reck (Crystal Schneider); his grandson Devon Blake (Bridget Brave); and his great grandchild Joshua Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and by great-nieces and great-nephews.
