He was predeceased by: his father C. H. Peais; his wife Susan Peais; his daughter Dawn Hulse; his brother Steven Peais; and his mother Mildred Spurlock (Spurlock).
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Peais (Valorie Duhon); his grandchildren, Justin Hidinger (Sarah Hidinger), Katelynn Hidinger and Aalyiah Vancleave; and his great great grandchild Rylan Odom.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Goglin Funeral Home - Yankton (807 31st St, Yankton, SD 57078). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Yankton Municipal Cemetery (2505 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078).
