He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his parents, Chester Glenn and Kathryn Oursland (Welby); his siblings, Patricia Kupris and James Oursland; his uncle Don; and his aunt Alyce Welby.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Weber; his children, Kathy Oursland, Dan Lutgen (Jayne) and Phil Lutgen (Yun); his daughter-in-law Polly Oursland; his grandchildren, Jacob Oursland (Christine), Shawn Oursland (Elizabeth), Adam Oursland (Brittany), Katy Schlimgen (Todd), Sydney Lutgen, Sevin Lutgen, Mark Lutgen (Jaclyn), Greg Lutgen (Anna), Dalin Earls (Angela), Alia Earls and Kade Earls; and his great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Adalyn Oursland, Lyle, Leia Schlimgen and Levi Oursland. He is also survived by 6 step-children, 12 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great grandchildren.
