We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Carolyn Teichroew of Yankton, South Dakota, born in Mountain Lake, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Behrends and Rosa Behrends (Jass); her son Verlin Teichroew; her great grandchild Tripp John Teichroew; and her brothers, Harlan Behrends (Marion) and Dennis Behrends (Rachael).
She is survived by: her husband Harlan Teichroew of Yankton; and her children, Rosalyn Teichroew of Viborg, SD, Kevin Teichroew (Robin) of Yankton and Jocelyn Hjelm (Donnie) of Mission Hill, SD. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Carolyn donated her body to the Medical School at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD and burial will take place at the Yankton Cemetery at a later date.
