With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arla Rae Dangel of Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Winckler and Edna Winckler (Fischer); and her brothers, Leland, Myron (Mike) and David (Dave).
She is survived by: her husband Vern; her sons, Paul Dangel of Washington, DC and Kelly (Delia Dangel); her grandchildren, Roman, Luke, Lexi of Arlington, VA and Logan of Niceville, FL; her siblings, Norma Bender (Bob) of Yankton, SD, Joe (Loretta) of Volin, SD, Jarvis (Marilyn) of Avon, Murray (Lisa) of Collinsville, VA and Larry of Indiana, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Winckler of Winner, SD and Sue Winckler of Vermillion, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
