She was predeceased by: her father Bernie Moore. She is survived by: her mother Diane Moore (Petersen) of Omaha, Nebraska; her husband Larry Smolek of Yankton; her children, Andrew Smolek (Nicole) of Crofton, Nebraska, Justin Smolek (Dhanu) of Norfolk, Nebraska and Stephanie Siebrandt (Jacob) of Yankton; her grandchildren, Aubrinee and Brayden Smolek; her children, Liam, Liyana Smolek, Lillian, Conway and Colton Siebrandt; and her siblings, Julie Moore of Omaha and Reed Moore (Jennifer) of Bentonville, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
