He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Welsh and Emmet Welsh; his brother Dick; his siblings-in-law, Tom Tyrrell, Ann Welsh and Sandy Welsh; and his nephews, Brent and Steven Tyrrell.
He is survived by: his spouse LaJean Whites; his daughter Patricia Ann (Isidro Pro JR); his granddaughter Korrine Pro; and his siblings, Regina McCarthy (Dick), Terry Welsh, Rose Tyrrell, Eileen Welsh, Kay Piper (Al), David Welsh and Diana Koenig (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
