He is survived by: his wife Ramona Rowland of Kyle, SD; his children, Rena Rowland of Chadron, NE and David Rowland, Jr. of Kyle, SD; his niece Jennifer Rowland; and his family, Bernadine LaDeaux, Manuel Hatchett, Don Chase, Fancee Rowland, Mabel Cheyenne, Clarence Rowland, Kim Jack, April Rowland, Mark Goings, James "Boots" White Face, Jasmine Fast Wolf, Miriam Rowland, Arlin Rowland, Phil Rowland (family: Pine Ridge), Michael Chase and Frances Stands. He is also survived by sister.
