It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick L. Howard of Woonsocket, South Dakota, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Howard and Edith Howard (Smith); his sons, Rodney Francis and Joseph Louis; his grandson John Michael Thomson; his parents-in-law, Leo and Gladys Higgins; and his siblings, Irene, Retta, Carol, Jeffrey and Jerome Howard.
He is survived by: his former wife Marlene Howard (Higgins); his wife Marlen Howard (Higgins); his children, Julie Thompson (Robert), James Howard (Lori), Jeffrey Howard (Carrie) and Jason Howard (Torria); and his siblings, Janice Lepore, Theresa Smeltzer, Frank, Doug, Mike, Wayne Howard, Lynda Steichen and Brad Howard. He is also survived by four grandkids, six step grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
