She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Votaw and Bertha Votaw (Simonton); and her brother Everette Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kelly, Eric, Zack and Ashley; her siblings, Cheryl, Joy and Billy; and her close friend Joe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
