He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Andersen and Marie Andersen (Nielsen); his siblings, Stanley Andersen and Viona Feistner; and his grandson Joshua Hinker.

He is survived by: his wife Marian; his grandchildren, Luke Andersen (Stacy), Clear Lake and Jennifer Hinker; and his great grandchildren, Josie of Clear Lake and Laycee Andersen of Clear Lake.
