She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Higgins and Gladys Higgins (Roti); her husband Patrick L. Howard; her sons, Rodney Francis and Joseph Louis; her grandson John Michael Thomson; her siblings-in-law, Francis and Edith Howard; and her siblings, Darrell Higgins, Duane Higgins and Myrna Knigge.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Thomson (Robert), James Howard (Lori), Jeffrey Howard (Carrie) and Jason Howard (Torria); and her sisters, Janice Stange, Ilene Breakie and Diane Larson (Skip). She is also survived by four grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, six great-grand children.
