We bid farewell to Leon Amdahl of Woonsocket, South Dakota, born in Webster, South Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Leon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Percy Amdahl and Ruth Amdahl (Hjellming); his siblings, Baby Jerry, Gary, Les, Kevin, Terry Amdahl, Sharon Snell and Linda Bauman; and his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Wolina Bessey (Weaver).
He is survived by: his wife Della Amdahl (Bobbi Jo); his daughter Bobbi Jo; his son-in-law Monty Williams; his grandchildren, Pacey, Ridlee, Pine and Lincoln Williams; and his sister Shelley Anderson (Arlo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
