We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2023, at the age of 92, James George Abourezk of Wood, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Abourezk and Lena Abourezk; and his siblings, Chick Abourezk, Helen Ramey, Tom Abourezk, Virginia Nicholson, Abe Abourezk and Josephine Davis.
He is survived by: his child Welfare Act; his spouse Sioux Falls; his children, Charles Abourezk, Nikki Pipe On Head, Paul Abourezk and Alya Abourezk; his stepdaughter Chelsea Machado; and also, Charles and Lena Abourezk.
