He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eichstadt and Evelyn Eichstadt (Scheibe); his brother-in-law Trevor Tschetter; his parents-in-law, Phil and Edna Peterson; his sister-in-law JoAnn Peterson; and his nephew Andy Eichstadt.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Eichstadt of Wolsey; his siblings, Judith D. Tschetter of Huron and Tony Eichstadt (LuAnn) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Larry Peterson of Wolsey and Phyllis Schnoor of Frisco, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Meyer, Lori Messegee, Kristi Glanzer (Regan), Adam Eichstadt (Rachel), Alex Eichstadt (Andress), Steve Schnoor (Pat), Scott Schnoor (Julie), Stacie Dickson, Samantha Schnoor (John Thompson), Curt Peterson and Laurie Kramper (Allen).
