She was predeceased by: her parents, William Goins and Louise Goins (Gaffney); her children, Debbie Palmer Montoya and Kevin Palmer; and her siblings, Edna Potts, Elaine Hardin, Ruby Harrison, Diane McCain, Christine Bryant, Walter Goins, Edmond Goins, Martin Palmer and Luverne Palmer.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Palmer of Wolsey; her children, Michelle Christopherson (Kelly) of Huron and Todd Palmer of Wolsey; her grandchildren, Samantha Christopherson, Kyle Christopherson, David Palmer (Crystal) and Pamela Smith; her great grandchildren, Lyndsey Zeledon, A. J. Zeledon and Desiree Brady; and her sisters, Helen Broddus (Buster) of Lancaster and Vivian Goins of Lancaster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
