He is survived by: his wife Janice of Wolsey; his children, Ellen Karpen (Gerry) of Sherman, Beth Schiltz of Pierre, Donna Bartel (Ted) and Douglas Wagner of Huron; his grandchildren, Erin Kruse (Brandon), Dylan Schiltz (Kalie), Tully Bartel, Torria Howard (Jason), Jessica Anderson, Patrick Bartel (Kimberly), Joshua Bartel (Amanda), Elie Crandell and Jonathan Wagner; his siblings, Marcene Rand of Phoenix, Arizona and Jim Wagner (Peg) of Cottonwood, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Pietrantone of Columbia.
